Can I run Alien Registry Viewer in Windows 7

I use Alien Registry Viewer in my system with Windows Vista, since it is very similar to Regedit with the only difference that it works only with the standalone registry files. Since, I have decided to upgrade my system to Windows 7, I need to know that can I run Alien Registry Viewer in Windows 7. If not, what will I have to do in such a situation? Please help with suitable solutions.
