    question Service Pack 3

I am unable to install the service pack 3. I am using my automatic update and it starts to install and a window titled Microsoft XP Professional With Front Page says that the feature i am trying to use is on a CD Rom. It then says to insert Microsoft Office XP with frontpage. LOST!!! Do not have a CD with that title. PLZ HELP ME!!! BTW my computer is running Windows XP.

    Thanks,
    Emily

    Re: Service Pack 3

This problem is due to choose the option 'Install on first use' or an update to Microsoft Office (for Windows Update for example). To remedy this, simply insert the disk of Microsoft Office for the version installed or specify the location of files on the hard drive! An alternative is to click Start, Control Panel, Add / Remove Programs. Select Microsoft Office XP Professional with frontpage and click on modify/ Continue, select Add / Remove Features, then next. Then install the components to appear, just click on update
