You are using the windows for a long time and now you are getting this problem, It only shows the processor and drives exist in the computer system. You need to check your cable connections with whole drives and motherboard,Is it connected properly or not.Remove them and reconnect it sometimes it requires to refresh the hardware connection.

If you are getting problem with welcome screen at windows start up and generating so much beeps. In this case you must know about the beeps codes and its behavior.
The primary reason to generating beeps is RAM adjustment, connection to motherboard and processor fan may be unable to start. You need to adjust everything at appropriate place and awareness of beeps codes will make able you to solve it fast.

    Removing welcome logo

At windows start up you always see a logo,if you have desire to change that you have to follow these steps which are very simple:

    - On your computer desktop,My computer icon is placed right click on that
    - Select Properties from the drop down list
    - From the appeared dialog box, choose Advance tab
    - Select the Startup and recovery area and click on setting button
    - One more dialog box will appear named "Startup and recovery"
    - Click on the edit tab and Boot.ini file should be listed on your notepad.
    - At the end of the text (after fastdetect) type /noguiboot
    - And save the file with this updates
    - Close the dialog box and restart windows ..
