how to delete .torrent file which is on desktop

Still i unable to delete a torrent file which is showing an error as cannot delete file: Cannot read from source file or disk, As I've also went through the procedure of 8.3 filename to delete torrent file, but this also won't working.
It is showing the 8.3 file name when i use the command as Run dir/a/x/p. But it wont locating the file when i use only dir/x, it is showing the file when the command dir/a is used.

So please suggest me how to delete this file. I'm getting totally confused.
