Coprocessor Driver missing in Windows 7

Well I installed Windows 7 on this system some few days ago. And have patched BIOS dell slic 2.1 activated and everything is working fine.
But in device manager I get a warning about the coprocessor, downloaded and installed the latest nvidia drivers
    and solved nothing.
    My config:
    Mother: K9N6SGM-V
    BIOS: 9.4
    Micro: Athlon 64 x2 Dualcore 5200
    RAM: 1gb

I am not sure but I think it is available only in Vista for Nvidia Chipset Package.
Though try the following steps and see it is help
Go into the device manager - properties of the device with asterix/question mark, then go into the Details tab and post the whole Device ID
    (like example :
    PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2940&SUBSYS_00000000 etc.)

    Thanks a lot for replying
I have heard from many of my friends, it is available for Windows 7.
And I followed the steps given but was not able to complete the task properly.
I opened Device manager and and checked the properties also but was not able to see anything with question mark or asterix.

    Hey check the NVIDIA nForce
    System Management Controller
    Device ID: PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_03F4&SUBSYS_73091462&REV_A2
Install latest NForce drivers - this should help.

encountered similar message, and upon looking it up on google, I ran across these forums...

I tried the "update driver" through device manager, and each time it kept saying my drivers are up to date...kept fidgeting around looking for a solution and not sure what I hit, but this download option popped up:

    http://us.download.nvidia.com/Window...ional_whql.exe

...i'm in the process of downloading it now, hopefully it will help with this issue?
