If you find why your system goes solve then use Memory Diagnostics Tool, using Memory Diagnostics Tool you can easily find if there is any problem with your system memory. When you start Memory Diagnostics Tool then it will give you notification about a possible memory problem. then click on this Notification then choose any one option. Like:
    • You can restart your computer and run the tool immediately.
    • You can restart your computer and run the tool later.
I think you chose restart your computer and run the tool immediately because of this option you save your work and close all of your running programs, when your computer restart then Memory Diagnostics Tool automatically started. After this testing you get a message if there is any problem found or else you doesn’t get any errors message.

I tell you how to use advanced option for running the Memory Diagnostics Tool. When you start Memory Diagnostics Tool then press F1
    Then set following setting:
    1. Test mix. Here you want to choose what type of test you want to run.
    2. Cache. Choose the cache setting you want for each test.
    3. Pass count. It’s for how many time you want to start this test.
    4. Then Press F10 to start the test

I tell you if the Memory Diagnostics Tool finds errors then, after finding error if there is no error then ok if you get the error in Memory Diagnostics Tool. Then contact your computer or memory manufacturer for information about fixing the problem. Because this problem maybe a hardware problem and for solving this problem you to check anther memory chip in your system and for that you have to contact with your memory manufacturer.
