MultiTranse not working in Windows 7

I have recently upgraded my system to Windows 7 from Windows Windows Vista. I was using MultiTranse for translation to and from the following languages as it was a part of my work:
English, Arabic, Chinese, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Spanish, Swedish, Italian, Portuguese, Hungarian, Polish, Russian, Thai, Hebrew, Korean, Turkish, Norvegian, Japanese
But, now MultiTranse is not working in Windows 7. I cannot understand why this is happening, since the installation and all was perfect. Please help me with some solutions.

Re: MultiTranse not working in Windows 7

MultiTranse is not working in Windows 7 may not be an compatibility issue. The installation might not have been proper. I guess that you may be running some other applications during the installation process. This creates errors in the installation process. This is why it is always recommended that you should exit all programs and applications while you are going on with the installation. I guess that reinstalling the software will solve your problem.

Re: MultiTranse not working in Windows 7

If you are having incompatibility issues like MultiTranse not working in Windows 7, then I suggest you to use the compatibility troubleshoot option. This will help you or the system to detect the errors that the operating system is having with the particular application or program. This will set the operating system in such a manner that the program will run in the compatibility mode. This is the only solution to your problem.

Re: MultiTranse not working in Windows 7

Hello Florence_USA,

Have you checked compatibility?
Just an FYI for you.

It is always best to check with the software manufacturer FIRST. They will tell you if they have tested the product and the version, as well as whether or not it will work with Windows 7.
Check out the Windows 7 Compatibility site: (There you will find out about hardware and software compatibility.)
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/com...s/default.aspx
There is a pulldown from which you can choose "hardware" and "software".

There are also some great articles, instructional videos and such to help with your Windows 7 at our Springboard site:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/default.aspx

In any event a lot of the times, Vista drivers will work in lieu of Windows 7 drivers, however, it's not 100%!

As stated previously, it's best to have the Windows 7 certified drivers installed.

Thanks again,
John M.
