    Frequent Sound Driver Issue

I don't know whether there is some issue with my system or my software. I am completly confused over here. I installed windows 7 like 2 weeks back on my system and after completing the installation everything looked fine. But after completing the installation when we normally restart the computer and at that time sound was gone.
I checked device manager and there was an exclaimation mark under sounds.
So then I installed the Sound drivers and sound came back. So I restarted the system and again sound was gone after reboot.
And so I again installed the driver and got the sound back. But after restart again sound was gone.
This happens everytime when I reboot my system.
It is really very frustrating. Can some one please suggest me some solution.

Okay now over here you have to check certain things. Because to know the proper issue you have to check some settings in your system.
Check which sound device is set to primary.
right click the sound icon which is there on the tray and then click on "Playback Device" from the option you get.
So now when you play anything you should see the green bars light up in the window for the device currently being used. Check if the one which is your output is the one that is lit up and disable the one which you don't use.

I tried that but it didn't worked for me.
I restarted my computer and then again the same thing. No sound.
And one more thing, my mic doesn't work either but it works on my other operating system which is Ubuntu. So I don't know what is wrong, is it my hardware or my software.
    Any solution please.

    Re: Frequent Sound Driver Issue

Well check if the Windows Audio Service is running when you don't get any sound.
Try to remove the driver completely and then restart and then you should get an option of new hardware found. Try to install drivers at that time.
And then restart and see if the issue is resolved.
Also check the events log, you may get some information from there.
