How to uninstall Windows XP in Dual boot with Windows 7

Okay now over here I have this Desktop computer with me. I was using Windows XP and no issues with that, everything was working fine without any problem. Then I installed Windows 7 on same system and that too on same Hard Drive. And everything worked fine with both the Operating System. But now I want to remove Windows XP and keep only one OS which is Windows 7.
I have like 4 partitions C,D,E,F respectively. Wherein Windows 7 installed on Drive C, Windows XP installed on Drive D and Drive E and F contains my other data.
Now can someone please help me out with the steps to Remove Windows XP from this Dual Boot with Windows 7.

Okay now don't worry it is pretty easy to Uninstall XP from Dual boot with Win 7. Just follow these easy steps given below and it should be working then.
First Login through Windows 7 as you want to remove XP. Then go to "Administrative tools / Disc management". On the screen you will see how your drives are partitioned. Then just Right Click on Drive D and click on "Format" (as Windows XP is loaded on Drive D). Then Click on OK.
Now you need to Shutdown your system and insert your Windows 7 CD in CDROM and boot with that CD.
And then select the option of Repair which you get after the booting process starts. And then you will see some more options in that select Command Prompt. After you go in Command Prompt Environment type the following command:
    Bootrec.exe /RebuildBcd
And then Reboot your system without that Windows 7 CD.

I tried that, but it didn't work. I followed all the steps given above but that didn't worked.
I actually was not able to complete all the steps.
I logged in to the system through Windows 7. And then check Administrative Tools. I was able to see all the partitioned drives also. But then when I tried to Right click on Drive D and click on Format, I was not able to. The option of Format was greyed out. It didn't let me click on format option.
What do I do. What is wrong over here.?

Hey try this out. Just reverse the steps given before. That is:
First boot from Windows 7 Disc and then select Repair, Then go in Command Prompt and then type the following command.
    C:\ (press Enter)
    Bootrec.exe /RebuildBcd (press Enter)
This command will let you scan for all Hard Drives compatible installation and then it will give you an option of whic OS you want to add to BCD store. In that choose only Windows 7. This will rebuilt the BCD store and create a new master boot record.
Then reboot without the Windows 7 disc. And then go to "Adminidtrative tools / Disc management".
And now you should be able to re-format the old partition which is D.
