Forgot Admin Password of MAC iBook G4

Okay now this is a very big problem which i came across. I am using a MAC iBook G4. Basically this computer is not mine instead it is of my brother. And it is with me currently, but have forgotten the admin password. Some one please help me out. Have got a lot of work to do, but just not able to because of locked admin account

Now as you said that you have forgotten the admin password. So we are left with only one option now that is to create a new admin account. so follow the given steps now Restart your MAC > Press and hold apple button and S after you hear chime sound > Then in the text prompt enter the commands and make sure to enter every line on a new line that is you have to press enter at the end of every line.
* mount -uw /
* rm /var/db/.AppleSetupDone
* shutdown -h now
Then restart your MAC and you will be ready with a new admin account.

I followed the steps given but was still not able to create a new user account. I kept on getting errors. Tried many time but still did not worked. I am very worried just don't know what to do. Please help.
