Remove and restore recycle bin in windows 7

Hi, I am using windows 7 on my HP ProBook 5310m Notebook PC. But by mistake I delete the recycle bin icon from desktop. And I tried every thing but I cant able to find recycle bin icon. I search on the so many forums but there is no proper way to restore it. How can I restore and remove the recycle bin icon in windows 7 desktop. Can any one tell me how to do, as soon as possible.

You can find that there is no delete option when you right click on the recycle bin icon in window 7.
You can restore recycle bin icon by following the instructions.
Click on the start button
then go to control panel.
And then Appearance and Personalization
On left of the side bar, click on the change desktop icons..
With the help of desk top settings, you can customized your desk top.
Check on the recycle bin icon and then click ok.

You can prevent you recycle bin icon
You have to download the Allow_Display_Recycle_Bin_Icon.zip file
First you have to save the .zile on the desktop.
Click on the .zip file
extract .reg file on the desktop
Now right on the merge and then click on merge.
Click on the run button and then Yes then yes again.
Now click ok
Nw restart your system to apply the settings.

Hi I am also having the same problem in windows 7. I have using dell lap top with genuine windows 7 installed in it. I did what ever you say and follows the proper instruction. But I cant open the control panel window and to do further steps. I restarted my computer to many times but I there is no effect on the computer. Can you tell me the proper way to get the recycle bin icons on the desktop.

You can restore the system to get the control panel window.
Click on the start button
Click on all programs> Accessories> System Tools> and System Restore.
Now click on the system restore button.
If you have not done a System Restore Before then on the next button
else select restore point which you want to restore.
and now click on the next.

Click on the show affected programs and drivers.
After reading click on the close button.
Now click on the next button.
Now click on the finish button.
After system restore computer restart automatically.

I think your computer gets infected by virus because of this your desktop icon disappeared and control panel window do not open. You have to download and install standard antivirus. Scan your computer in safe mode. To enter safe mode press f8 during windows booting. After entering in safe mode run your antivirus and delete the detected virus. And restart your computer again in normal mode and try check out your problem. I think this can be solve your problem.
