Do one thing stop the print spooler service from services.msc and delete the data available in the "C:\Windows\System32\spool\printers folder." And again start the print spooler service for that you have to visit the service .msc. Just run the command prompt from the start menu and then type the command for deleting the data from the forcefully. Type the command "net stop spooler" to stop the spooler and after deletion type "net start spooler " to start the same again. Thanks |

| Re: Document won't print in Windows 7
have you tried the reinstalling the driver for the same. If not then try it possibly some of the file of the driver must be missing from the directory. So update the driver with the CD provided with the printer. And see whether it is working or not. It is also possible that your PC is infected by some virus which is blocking the printing process. So scan your computer with the antivirus program. Thats it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Hi there, Have you checked the cable connection withe port. First check the cable connection. and see whether it is working or not. Just unplug the all cable from the USB port and reconnect it properly. And before removing the cable switch off the power other wise you will get the shock. Now power on and check that it is working or not. I hope this will resolve your issue. Bye |

Hey just make sure that your print process is running or not. If it is not working then there could be the problem of the spooler. Restart the spooler from the command prompt. For checking that process is running press Ctrl +alt+del. A window will appear, now go to the process tab and look for the print process. Thanks |
