Windows Exchange Server 08 freezes

Known of my server roles or features are loading, it jsut sits there say "collecting data", this happened after playing around with the network IP, i finaly got it back to what i was set as but it still wont work... i also have exchange 2007 installed if this has anything to do with it
any ideas would be great
and when i try to go change my ip when im not in safe mode it freezes when i open network sharing center or any related network connections in windows

Please configure your IP address again on your server 2008, this error may be come if ip address is fluctuate to other IP address. You should change your IP address through command prompt and also remember one thing you should change with all by admin log in. Check it out and reply.

My suggestion is to first check the basic requirements and connection, this involves:

• Update to latest Drivers
• Disable Overhead processes.
• Check your computer's memory.
• Scan your computer for any virus or related threats.
• Update/Upgrade your BIOS, if needed.

Also verify your IP address and check the network connectivity as well.

Changing you ip threw cmd seems impossible(after looking threw google), and i got it changed in safemode, still nothing =/

nevermind guys got it up for got i had IPV6 configured too, thats mybad
once i staticly assgin V6 everything is back to normal, thx for the input though
