Want Run command at Start menu in windows 7

Hello there,

I am having the issue regarding the Windows 7 which i have installed in my PC recently. I am very used to with the Run command which i was using in the Windows XP earlier but in the Windows 7 it is not in the Start up menu. And i don't know how to pin Run command to the Start menu. So any one have the knowledge about the same can step forward to help. I am waiting for the reply.

I am very happy to help you with the question you asked me because i am looking for the someone to ask the same. Now i can tell you the procedure to do the same. For showing up the run command in the start menu you have to follow this. Just right click on the start icon and go to the property/customization. and add the run box to the menu. after that you can view the run command in the start menu. That all i can help you.

I don't understand that why you need to add it to the start up menu when you can use it without adding it to the start menu. For that you have to click on the start up and go to the search box and type for the run command and it will display the same. So try this out and tell me you like it or not. And if you find any other method to do so then also let me know the same so that i can help others with the solution.

Ok, To get yourself working with the following issue just follow the step and see the result.

• Right Click on Windows 7 Start Menu and select Properties
• Click on Customize under Start Menu tab
• Scroll down and locate Run Command check box
• Check “Run Command” option to enable Run command in your Start Menu, click Ok and Apply and save settings.
