Blue Screen if accessing Windows 7 registry key

I have a strange problem in Windows 7. I have a blue screen "PAGE FAULT IN NON PAGED AREA" visibly when I try to access a certain registry key. I've searched a lot but I block. This only happens on one user account (in my usual admin account). I found the problem by vaccination with spybot

The bug occurs with Hijack at the area 015, with regedit on HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\ZoneMap\EscDomains and HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\ZoneMap\Domains

If I switch to another account and that I matter with regedit hive account or is the error, it crashes too if I read the key.

I disabled residents spybot but nothing changed. Why is it so? Virus or something? I do not see exactly what to do. Does anyone have an idea?

Like a page table corrupt. Apart from a cache of translation table on the processor, the information on the page are stored. Test memory outside the system because it should not be possible to test this system in the area. If the system is overclocked adjust its nominal frequency. The fact that it is always on the same area of the registry may be because the file is stored in memory at startup and stays there during the session, so the likelihood is great that everything in the same place (not numbered).

Thank you. After changing to the original frequency, I indeed had errors with memtest86 in 4 locations after 567 MB, I suppose it is the second bar of ram (2 * 512). More about the test one by one, a little dusting of slots can it change anything? Its that I am glad to have purchased it with lifetime warranty.

Lifetime warranty, yes, but in the normal timing for which they are sold. And if your two modules work in dual channel both serve the same area, difficult to know which is screwed up, except the test one by one, and yet the conditions are not the same. The best would be replaced in turn one of the two by a (good) third, must still have it.

Yes it was in dual channel (ASUS P4P800), they turned in 2.5 2 2 5 instead of 3.3.3.8 but the frequency of original, I have already tested them one by one but we'll see it once again. I overheated a little and I see even more errors. Anyway I think no one can know if they have been used to good timing or not the warranty.
