Windows Xp update error code 0x800703e7

Hi,

I use Windows XP Home pack2 on a laptop and my Windows is not pirated.
When I login, I receive the following message:

"A problem is preventing Windows from accurately checking the license for this computer. Error code 0x800703e7"

If I click OK, I get a blue screen and nothing more.

Does anyone have an idea?

In the F8 menu, you have no restore option?

Otherwise logically with the CD (original!) XP, you should be able to repair the system: inserts the CD into the drive, start with the CD, it will offer to install Windows or repair an existing facility.

You receive an error code 0x800703e7 indicating that you must restart Windows XP. However, you can not start Windows XP. In this scenario, you must rename the file so that Wpa.dbl filename Wpa.dbl no longer valid. For example, change the file name in Wpa.dbl Wpa.dblinvalid. Then change the file name in Wpa.bak Wpa.dbl.

To solve the problem, repair the installation of Windows XP using the CD-ROM Windows XP, then replace the files. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Insert the CD-ROM Windows XP in the CD or DVD.
2. Restart your computer.
3. When the following message appears, press any key to boot your computer from the CD-ROM Windows XP:
