Problem in installing windows 7 driver for web camera

Hi,

I am having windows 7 operating system on my system. I am getting troubled while installing driver of the windows 7 for web camera (Asus DC-3120).

I am getting strange error , and don't know how to proceed.

Please help to resolve this error of the windows 7 driver driver installation for "Asus DC-3120".

Hi friend,

I suggest you to install Windows 7 compatible device driver. Suppose if you are not getting the driver, then according to me you should contact the manufacturer of your web-camera. And there is more chances of getting drivers for your webcam.

You can also try to install the older driver for the web cam within Compatibility Mode. I think this may sort out your problem.

I had same issue of problem in installing windows 7 driver for web camera. The thing which I did to overcome this issue is that , I installed web cam driver in the windows XP compatible mode within my windows 7 OS. I was successful in this.

I recommend you to do the same thing of using windows XP compatible mode.
Try this and let me if you are getting error in it.

I do not have any web cam that's why I don't have any idea to recover from this problem.

Why don't you contact to the webcam manufacturing company ?

If any way you are not getting webcam(Asus DC-3120) driver then there is only one way to proceed is that you need to buy new webcam.
