Windows Defender is software that helps protect your computer against pop-ups, Deleting the Defender executables can cause your computer to throw out error messages. To remove Windows Defender Start > All Programs menu > Click Tools, then click Options > select check box that reads Use Windows Defender > uncheck "Use Windows Defender." Click Save and you're done.

Open Windows Defender from Start Menu.Click on Tools button or click on view by in control panel select small icons or large icons you will get windows defender directly, disable the option "Use real-time protection". A “Windows Defender is turned off” dialog message will appear, confirming that Windows Defender no longer runs.

Windows Defender is a Microsoft security software product that is included in the Windows Vista and Windows 7 operating system. Launch Windows Defender and go to Tools -> Options. Deselect the Use Windows Defender box and click on Save button. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
