Hoe to Use "Run as different user" in windows 7

My windows 7 runs faster than the windows xp and windows vista. I am looking for information on "Run as different user" option in windows 7. I know the procedure to enable in windows vista. Is that same procedure for windows 7.

In Windows Vista, you had the ability to Run a program as an Administrator. But to run programs as a different / another user, you had to use the command line.The Run as different user context menu option in Windows 7 is implemented as an extended menu, which is only displayed if you press and hold the SHIFT key when right-clicking on an executable file or its shortcut.
