Windows Modules Installer - Error 1450 Insufficient System Resources

I got a problem in Windows 7 Enterprise, after installing some graphics program and high application game Windows Modules Installation Service has decided to stop working. It give error "Error 1450 Insufficient System Resources" What has happened and what is the solution?Can anyone help!!!

Error code 1450 (ERROR_NO_SYSTEM_RESOURCES) : When this problem occurs, the value of the Pool Nonpaged Bytes performance counter keeps increasing. If you use a memory monitoring tool to monitor the memory pool, you see that the memory leak occurs in the nonpaged pool and in the SmMs tag. This error message is not very descriptive so it made it hard to diagnose, Does the failure always occur at the same offset? You may have some bad sectors that need to be marked. Can you do the disk cleanup and disk defragmenter in the system tools. Do that and your computer will run faster.
