    Hi,

Your problem is that windows 7 taking more time for login or logoff, and which can be depends upon below points:

*. Corruption in the profile of roaming:
To overcome this you will need to create entirely new account and then try to copy old data manaully to newer account.

*. Large size of roaming profile: You should try try to reduce the size of the roaming profile as it may affect on the performance.

*. program like 3rd party may blocks profile while it's loading.

*. settings ofGroup Policy of the profile may blocks the user logon/logoff.

You should try the following steps to speedup login and logoff in windows 7:

    A. Click on the Start button, then select Run, then type "regedit".

    B. Then browse to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon" from the left panel.

    C. Then you will need to right click on the "Winlogon" option and then choose "New DWORD Value".

    D. Give to new value such as User_EnvDebug_Level.

    E. Then select User_EnvDebug_Level

    F. Then you will need to set the Set the data value to "0x00030002".

    G. Then finally restart your PC.

I have same problem while login and logoff. I used below instruction to overcome the same:

    For speedup logoff and shutdown:

*. Open start menu then select "Run" write "regedit" and then browse from
"Hkey local machine" from "system" from "current control set" from "control".

*. And after this process try to change the value of the "waittokill" to the 12000 which by default at 120.

These steps was useful for me , and hope it useful for you also
