HI, I think some system files may gets corrupted due to the UWTv2.0. You just remove that software from your computer first and then do the System Restore first as follows:

    • Click the Start Button, type "system restore" in the start search box and press enter.
    • Click "Choose a different point" and click next.
    • Check Show more restore points box.
    • Choose a date before this issue happening, and click Next.
    • Click Finish.

Hi, I think doing system restore is better option for your problem if you are getting the error as RC1 Error message. But, if you don't find the solution then you can make use of the System File Checker (SFC). For this follow the following steps:

Start, type "cmd" in the Start Search bar, right-click cmd.exe and click run as administrator.

Now type the following command and press Enter:
    sfc /scannow

I think this will solve your problem.

Hi, if you are getting the RC1 Error message in Windows 7, the I think you can solve this problem with making Repair install of Windows 7.

    Steps to Follow:
    • Start the computer by using the current Operating System.
    • Insert the Windows 7 DVD in the computer's DVD drive.
    • Click Install now.
    • When you reach the "Which type of installation do you want?" screen, click Upgrade.

    This will solve your error.
