Thank you for posting for us "not so savy" in these procedures.

When I enter 3. DIR *.dll /s /b > regdll.bat
I get "Access Denied"

What am I doing wrong? I am running Win 7 Thank You

My "Access is Denied" error cannot be fixed because I cannot open "Control Panel". Error: No such Interface is supported

The above mentioned thing is happening because of permission issue. well you can get the idea of that by accessing Filemon tool. Also you should trace all the calls to registry of system by using Regmon tool. You can get above mentioned tools from Sysinternals location.
