Cannot install Windows 7 DVD : error code 5

I have installed windows 7 beta on my dell laptop but the problem is when i try to install the same version of windows 7 from same dvd on my older pc (dell desktop), it shows error message : error code 5... Is this related to any device driver or windows 7 file corrupted during transfer.

During the boot from the Windows 7 installation DVD on some PCs the error message " Error Code 5 - can not boot from disk" appears. This code indicates that there was a device failure due to the lack of an arbitrator. If a device requests a resource type for which there is no arbitrator, you receive this error code.

If you Cannot install Windows 7 DVD in older PC and you get error code 5 then update the driver as suggested in device manager, or use Device Manager to remove the device and then run the Add New Hardware tool in Control Panel.
