crash after i installed REGCURE

Hello to all,
Hi friends i have hp laptop which are running windows vista.
It is working fine before installing regcure and one time I was able to get online but no icones was on the screen.
I don't have vista cd to re-install it.
Can any one give me right suggetion regarding this.

It happens sometime when after a crash the bootloader of Vista is damaged or destroyed. You can fix the same by using setup of the Vista DVD. Boot the computer with the Setup DVD. If the startup screen appears, select the language and click computer repair options. It will now automatically check for existing Vista installations. In the next dialog, click the top item Startup Repair. This is the only way to fix the bootloader of vista. You can also try booting in safe mode.
