recover deleted internet option

I have assembled PC which have D865 Intel motherboard, 2.08 processor, 512 ram and Windows XP. 5 days before by mistake I deleted internet option present in toolbar.So now I did not configured my internet connection.Tell me the another way to configure the internet or recovery of the internet option.

I am using Windows XP in Toshiba laptop. Due to some problem my internet option became invisible. This is due to virus or worms .So use Windows CD to format the hard disk or you can repair the files which are corrupted or deleted.To repair Window use R to repair system and follow the instruction.It will make internet option visible .

I am working on Acer laptop. I wanted to recover my internet option which was deleted. You can follow the following steps :Go to start then open run input box .In that box type "sfc/scannow". This will check all the system files are present or not if not then it will replace if it unavailable.

I am using Dell laptop which have Windows vista installed in it. Few days before I am unable to see the internet option. So there is problem regarding configuring Internet connection. So I used system restore tool to recover all deleted files.To do this steps are as follows-go to start and select help and support.A new window will be opened and select system restore.
