You are getting STOP: 0x0000007E(0xC0000005, 0x8A44AAD2, 0xB84C3298, 0xB84c2F94) error message because you have insufficient hard disk space or your BIOS has to be updated, if you have sufficient space on your Hard drive then you need to update your BIOS which you can do it by visiting your manufacturer site.

Re: Help me with this error

If you want you can check out the following link. Chkdsk is a recovery console tool that checks your disk for damage and corruption, repiaring as and when necessary where it can. If this issue occurs after the first restart during Windows Setup or after Setup is complete, the computer might not have sufficient hard disk space to run Windows XP. The parameters and file names in this error message might vary, depending on the cause of the Stop error.
