Edit audio tracks Soundtrack Pro

With the new version of Soundtrack Pro, Apple further improves the management of files in its Final Cut suite. Final Cut Studio software loads Soundtrack Pro 3.0. How efficient is this application for professional purpose ? also how to use this application to edit audio tracks ?

Apple focused mainly on making its software more efficient in everyday tasks. The setting of different levels of voice is easier and audio distortion algorithm has been improved. Moreover, the multichannel file editor is faster and easier to understand.

For voice level still pose some problems of noise during editing, those are never the same distance from the microphone. Using the new tool-take apply the volume of dialogue parallels the entire project. Obviously, there is no doubt that the software performs a large number of calculations, but the operation is very simple for the user. Apple goes one step further with the equalization concurring: dialogues of different conversations captured in places appear to have been taken at the same location simply by choosing the same fingerprint equalizer.

Soundtrack Pro offers three different methods using powerful algorithms to adjust or compress the audio without altering the pitch (the audio rendering). Another new feature that shows that Apple has been working on better integration of tools, plug-ins for third party publishers are now visible in the Windows Plug-ins Apple.

It is now possible to record audio files directly in the multitrack interface without having to go through another capture window first. With these small improvements, Soundtrack Pro saves time and work more easily.

In this version the file editor allows you to drag and drop to add, delete or rearrange the files. The timeline view allows the selection of an audio portion and moving and changing just the mouse. There are other more subtle improvements like zoom i, context menus that show the other linked files, additional commands for the reduction or extension of audio files, browsing faster or reducing RAM used. Note also the assumption iXML files that contain metadata and support.
