Do the following to change the size of console window:
- In console window go to Control -> Properties to open the Properties window.
- Now click on Layout tab and use the Height control in the Screen Buffer Size group to specify the number of lines to maintain in the buffer, which determines how much you can see of past commands and output when scrolling the window.
- Use the Window Size group of controls to specify the screen size for the window. For example, specify a height of 50 to double your window height (the number of lines you can see at a time without scrolling).
Here is complete procedure:
- Open Command Prompt.
- Click the upper-left corner of the Command Prompt window, and then click Properties.
- Click the Options tab.
- Click the Layout tab.
- In Screen Buffer Size , type the size.
- You can do any of the following optional tasks:
- In Screen Buffer Size, increase Width.
- In Window Size, increase Height
- In Window Size, increase Width.
- Clear the Let system position window check box, and then, in Window Position, change the values in Left and Top.
- In the Apply Properties dialog box, click Save properties for future windows with same title.
Thanks to both of you, its really simple just go to the properties (click on the icon in the top left) then go into the configuration tab increase the width of the buffer. Thanks a lot.
