BSOD windows 7 ultimate x64

Hi i keep getting blue screens on my windows 7 ultimate x64 bit i had them on vista as well and thought it was vista but when i upgraded i got them on windows 7 as well. i have attached the files that i got when i used the program bluescreen viewer.
Any help is appreciated
