What is the price for Windows 7 OEM versions? I can find the peice list of normal PC versions here http://forums.techarena.in/web-news-trends/1118098.htm , but no info about OEM versions....any help?

I need the cheapest price for windows 7 OEM version, If possible could someone give me the best website?? I also need system requirements. I have a 2.2 GHz AMD Athlon Processor, 2 Gigs of DDR2 ram (Im not sure of the speed), one 250 Gig 7200 RPM SATA II hard drive (plus one 32 Gig back up IDE drive, and a 480 watt air cooled power supply... should I stay with Vista Home Premium??
