management of user accounts on Windows 7

I left XP past 1 year and I turned up to ubuntu. At the release of Windows 7 Rc I wanted to try it to see if that would make me go back on windows. Unfortunately one thing which is very annoying is that, it is the user account management. I pity that the accounts are not completely separate when installing software while other users can view and even use it. Of course with the permissions one can block access to the directory in "programs" but the. The programs installed by the user are visible to others, if we remove the user account then the programs are still present in "programs". I preffered that each user must have their own program and no one can see what others have installed.

Programs offering "for all users" are not visible to other users when you do not check the box. Of course, they are installed when you delete the user, the system cannot know which parts of the program to remove. Unfortunately, programmers do not make this effort very easily.

In Windows 7, Microsoft has given options for the users to select their 'comfort level' in UAC notifications and also improved the user interface by providing more relevant and additional information. See more suggestions given in this similar topics: Create Hidden User Account in Windows
