    Installation for 32 bit windows 7 gives Error 0xc00000e9

    Hi,

    I have this problem while installing windows 7. Its an error 0xc00000e9.

    Installation for 32 bit windows 7 gives Error 0xc00000e9
    "Windows had encountered a problem communicating with a device connected to your computer. This error can be caused by unplugging a removable storage device such as an external USB drive ......"
    status: 0xc00000e9
    info: An unexpected I/O error has occurred

    Please help.

    This looks like an internal error with the computer device makes the device think it is detached, when in fact it hasn't! Make all your USB devices separately (after the road course switching of them) and connect you to find within each causing the problem!

    My friend has the same error & he solved the problem burning the Windows 7 x64 7100 iso file again with alcohol @ a lower speed & its solved the problem. If still finding any problem then call Microsoft.

    oh come on guys - help me - what is BIOS - and can anyone tell me if this problem can actually be solved. I have a black screen (am on friends laptop now) and it just repeats 0xc............message repair and start normaly both of which take me back to 0xc message. Tell what buttons to press please
