Win XP SP3 missing required files

Im getting an error on a machine that says "Files that are required for Windows to run properly have been replaced by unrecognized versions. To maintain system stability, Windows must restore the original versions of these files.

Insert your Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 3 CD now."

Any ideas as to fixes for this? I've already tried reinstalling SP3 over top of the previous version but that hasnt worked. Im also having issues with IE8 and as of yet have no been able to uninstall it (and yes ive looked in the add/remove programs list but it does not give the option to remove the software.)

    Anybody?

ntldr is NT Loader the Windows NT 4/2000/XP/2003 boot loader. This is not a bug or a problem by installing SP3 on your computer. It’s just that Microsoft has deliberately removed the option for legal requirements. However, you can workaround this. All you need to do is copy the file browseui.dll from your original Windows XP or Windows XP SP2 disk into C:\Windows\system32 folder replacing the newest version of the file installed by Windows XP SP3. If you want you can check out the following link. Hope so it may help you to resolve your above issue.
