there must be problem due to disk space so free up space on the system volume or try to move files to CD, DVD, or usb hard disk drive. Then restart the installation. removes temporary files on your computer
Steps to start Disk Cleanup:
Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools> Disk Cleanup
Make sure you have proper windows 7 installation disk as there is lots of disk available on internet so if yo have downloaded from torrents then there might chance that you having some corrupted version...
You can try with setting paging file that to move another volume
- Log on Administrator.
- right-click Computer then click Advanced system settings.
- In the System Properties click the Advanced tab, and then Settings under Performance.
- then Advanced tab and then click Change.
- clear the Automatically manage paging file size
- In the Drive list, click a drive other than drive C.
- Check the Custom size box and then type the recommended value
- Type the maximum size that you want to allow
- then click Set.
- Click Yes
- restart the computer.
