Xbox controller on windows 7

Hello,

I just installed windows 7 and But it is impossible to use my Xbox 360. When i connect the joystick it says that the device is unknown, however I installed the beta driver that I found on the Microsoft site but nothing was done. Someone would have information this?

Go to www.microsoft.com/hardware/windows7/support.mspx You can download the drivers directly then install them that way. in may case Joystick was recognized directly , and the drivers were downloaded and installed automatically via Windows Update.
