Can you access your pc in safe mode? Afterwards you need to go to your device manager and check out whether there is any drivers that has been with yellow question or has an exclamation mark on it. marks by them? It might be possible that you might have a faulty driver on your pc.

A computer's registry is one big database that has numerous files, options, and settings. This error will show when the CPU is under heavy stress, it's know to happen while the computer is loading espcially beefore the GUI loads as the CPU is under alot of stress just before the GUI Loads. These settings and options keep changing with every second of you using your PC and can lead to the damage of some of these settings. This causes errors to show up and the computer to have a BSOD.

I resolved this issue on my own by updating my wireless adapter driver. Or you can also turn on the PC and press F10 repeatedly, about once every second, to enter the recovery screen. Then you need to click on the Quit button to exit the recovery screen, when your Windows XP gets opened.
