gdiplus.dll crashing Almost everything

Hello , i have a problem Since Yesterday, that my Pc is Crashing Frequently and the Cause of the Problem seem to be the gdiplus.dll , this gdiplus.dll is Causing windows explorer, Defender , Firefox and many other software Crashing , Can you tell me how to solve these problem

For Windows XP use the system-supplied gdiplus.dll. Do not install a new gdiplus.dll over the system-supplied version (it will fail due to Windows File Protection). Firefox 1.5 Beta has native support for SVG rendering using GDI +. Only Windows XP and later include gdiplus.dll necessary for its operation. To use the SVG support in older versions of Windows, you need to download the GDI + package and copy the gdiplus.dll file to the directory where you installed Mozilla Firefox (usually C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox). You need to restart Firefox after the copy. Firefox 1.5 and the following uses Cairo rendering engine and does not need this file.
