Convert mpg to mov mac

Hi,

I have some Mpeg video file which i want to convert in to mov file, i am onm Mac OS X, I dont know how to convert MPEG to MOV or MP4 on Mac OS X. I’ve found some programs that do it on a PC, but i am on mac. please give me the name of the software which is compatible with mac and can Convert mpg to mov mac.

QuickTime Pro is the best option for you , but I don’t know if audio conversion for mpeg-1 works on the mac. QuickTime 7 Pro allows you to easily export any file playable in QuickTime Player to a format optimized for iPod, Apple TV or countless other services. This is not a problem for Windows Media Player on PC’s as it doesn’t go by extension to play a file, but it can be for other programs and operating systems, which may not support avi or windows media natively for example.

To convert video from MPG to MOV you need to download and install Video Converter for Mac. Once after completing the installation , you can Add video files. You can add MPEG videos or other video files like AVI, MOV, DAT, FLV etc. Choose output file format. Change Output video path to where you want. and start conversion.
