Installing Nvidia Drivers on Ubuntu x64

I have been windows and i had no problems with nvidia and its drivers. I have switched to Ubuntu 9.04 x64 and i need to install nvidia 185.18.36 drivers. But i cannot figure out how to do it. I downloaded the driver which is a .run file. So guys, can anyone help me with Installing Nvidia Drivers on Ubuntu x64? Thanks in advance...

I already have been to these and some more links but these didn't help. The package is .run file. Is it right? I have not seen such package... So i think this is not the driver file. Any comments and help would be appreciated... Thanks!
