Reallocating Hard Drive Space

I have one 350gb external hard disk that divided the province to put in Linux. everything what suppresses of the partition through tools of administration and disc management. the partition is empty, but his still not only it says that it is a space not assigned. I only want to make formation force of 350 GB not more than a division or that re letter to the drive. What I can do?

I think there is no other way to to do this except using third party software like Partition Magic. But i will suggest you to back up all your data in it. as if it make cause some damage to it...!

GParted is free, to unload and to record in a CD and to start from this, still a backup, by all means, but never it failed and originally it had a single partition to install XP, created another one and installed Vista and now we have created a new one and to install Ubuntu, very impressed with this piece of free ceramics, unlike the partition magic.
