Twice turn off computer

Hello , my computer has small problem in turning off itself , whenever i try to turn it off , it does not act accordingly , when i press the shutdown button second , it starts the shutdown process , can you tell me how to solve these problem , please help me thanks in advance

you might want to try this trick:

• START and select run and type "regedit"
• Then go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/SOFTWARE/MICROSOFT/WINDOWS/ CURRENTVERSION/POLICIES/EXPLORER
• Delete: "NoClose" and "StartMenuLogoff" entry , if present.
• then Restart

1. Click Start, click Control Panel
   
2. Click Performance and Maintenance Panel
   
3. Click Power Options
   
4. Click the Advanced tab
   
5. Verify that the shutdown word appears in the Stop box: When I press the button switched on
   
6. And click OK to finish

scan your computer for viruses and spyware , Scan the system for malware. You can get the Microsoft Anti-Spyware Beta for free. you could have a look in your Task Manger and see if anything is running that is causing this problem
