One simple way is to go to the Device Manager , select the device the which you want to uninstall the drivers, go to properties and click on "delete driver" and then restart the computer.

Re: How to Remove Ati Drivers

    you can do it manually:
right click desktop> properties> hardware> device manager> right click on the icon adapter> uninstall.

or you can use the drivers cleaner software

Driver Cleaner is a program that helps remove residue drivers that remain on disk after the uninstallation. it can remove drivers from the 3Dfx, ATI, Creative, kX, nForce, nVdidia, Realtek, SIS, or Turtle Beach ... Before using this program, you must first uninstall the drivers "properly" through menu add/remove control panel. Then run Driver Cleaner which will then complete the cleanup
