How to monitor bandwidth usage in Windows

I have installed windows xp on my computer, when i open multiple application it takes too much time to open. Windows task manager shows some programs using bandwidth while it is running. How can i monitor bandwidth usage in Windows.

NetStat Live works on all versions of Windows,it lets you see (data transfer) how quickly your data goes from your machine to another machine on the internet. If use NetStat Live on computers in network then make sure that all the computer shares same Internet connection and make sure to install AnalogX Netstat Live on each PC.
