How to save the restore points on another drive?

    Hi,

I have my 500GB hard disk is divided into multiple partitions and the first is 10GB in size and there only Windows XP installed on it. Now my problem is that the restore points are stored on the same drive, always 1GB minimum. How can I save these restore points on another partition, and the contents of the trash?

I thank you for the help !!

What you can do is, merge the partitions. Who told you that 10GB is enough for XP, you have made a slight joke. For XP with no programs, games, etc. .. enough to 10GB. But if you want to install more programs and games, I would advise you to at least 40-60GB. Then you still have enough space.

I have the 10GB partition set up only for Window. Games, data, programs, etc., are stored in the remaining 3 Partition's together about 490GB space. Because I thought, Windows does not even take away 10GB of space, 4GB still remain, but that was probably nothing alone, the restore points so to take away even more than 1GB.

The real issue was the shifting of the restore points on another hard disk.
This is not possible, because each partition stores its own data recovery, as well as each partition has its own trash. You could disable System Restore.
