    Windows - No Disk Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75afbf9c 4 75afbf9c 75afbf9c

    Hello,

I have the following popup appears:

    Windows - No Disk

    Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75afbf9c 4 75afbf9c 75afbf9c

    Continue Cancel Repeat

When I connect my TomTom works very well when I click on one of three responses. This occurs only the first connection, and does not occur if
I plug an external drive on one of the USB ports. I think the TomTom software tries to read a different USB port without success.
    How do I fix this?

    Thank you for your help.

I had this problem at the launch of The Gimp and Web Creator 4 Pro.

1 - I cleaned the registry with Easy Cleaner 2

2 - I launched devmgmt.msc and I uninstalled my old floppy disks that I used more of nothing (live USB keys!)

    3 - I restarted

    4 - Everything is ok!

I have read others who had done it with the memory card reader. + Uninstalling + reinstalling restart their drive, no problem.

I had the same error, Windows - No Disk Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75afbf9c 4 75afbf9c 75afbf9c, what I did was :

After installing Windows XP I changed the CD-ROM driveletters. In the registry, I found that in Sourcepad HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion was pointing to the old drive letter from where I installed XP from. Now i changed the Sourcepad driveletter to the new and the message do
    not occur anymore.

Apparently this is a bug due to poor recognition of the letter from a reader. It became a problem for about ten days and whose head is an update from Windows Update. There are at least 1 option available to you until the patch that Microsoft may wish to put at your disposal ...

Disable the floppy drive (it worked for some users).
    Procedure:
Start - Run and type devmgmt.msc
Double-click on Floppy Drive then right click on Floppy and choose disable.
Reboot and cross your fingers that it works!

If there is no floppy drive to see which did not recognize, repeat 1 by 1 and rebooting each time until the error message disappears. It's safe.

I do think it has an update from Windows Update. There must be a way to fix this by modifying the registry, but I do not know the value to edit. You can however try something: Click Start, then Run, and type the command msconfig. A dialog box appears, click on the Startup tab. Click Disable all, restart your PC and see if the message appears. If this message does not want a program that you start your computer asks for a response from your card reader. It will therefore in this test case one by one to know which software requires a response to the card reader and remove it from the startup list. If the message is always cons, it will wait until Microsoft released a patch for this update. At worst, you can make the manipulation as described in the previous message

After you restart your computer with no programs to enable you to boot up did not connect on internet as your anti-virus and your firewall will disable it, you'll have to redo the inverse manipulation in order to reactivate the programs to boot up.
