Boot Pc to Bios Settings

Hello , I Have A Hp Laptop , I want to Boot my pc to Bios Settings to change the Boot order , can you tell me how can i access my computer , because as my computer start , it directly boots to windows xp , i dont get any option to boot to bios , please help me thanks in advance

You Can Access the Bios by pressing the button < F1> or <DEL> (it is possible that there may be a another key, in which case at the start you can see a message like "Hit 'DEL' TO ENTER SETUP" which literally means 'Press' DEL 'to enter SETUP ". The BIOS setup is usually in the form of menus that you select using the keyboard (apart from a few BIOS operating the mouse, as the AMI BIOS WIN for example, with sections as windows)

The boot order can be configured under the Advanced tab (Advanced) menu in the BIOS setup. The steps to change the boot order may vary depending on the model of your computer.

1. Turn on the computer or restart it.
2. When the screen is blank, press F10 to display the BIOS setup.
   
   NOTE: The menu of the BIOS setup is accessed by pressing the f2 or f6 key on some computers.
   
3. Select the Advanced tab using the arrow buttons to the right and left.
4. Use the arrow keys up and down to select boot order.
5. Follow the instructions on the screen to change the boot order.

BOOT Sequence specifies what media (HDD, CD, floppy, LS-120, ...) is to be used or taken in account for boooting. you must start the computer and press button <DEL> (most common) or <F1> or <F2> or <F8> or <ESC> (this depends motherboard).
