Does anyone know hot to enable the trackpad scrolling in windows 7 ? Anyone have done able to do it?

There is no Synaptics Touchpad driver for windows 7 has released yet , the link you have given is of Vista driver but yes Synaptics Touchpad Vista drivers works on the Windows 7. Download the drivers of according to your version of windows from here.

Yes you can try Vista drivers. I have tried Vista 64 bit driver on my Windows 7 RC 64 bit machine and it works fine.
