Attention required activesync

At each synchronization comes a message "attention required" in the window on the PC MSActiveSync, + "!" red icon "Attention Required" appears in front of the directory "Notes" right click / "resolve items" back to the same point. What is the meaning of this message?

This message very clear (!) Means that there is a conflict between data on the PDA and PC. Roughly one element among the notes was changed on the PC and the PDA before a sync and ActiveSync does not know what to do.

This error occurs during the process of installing Office 2000 SR-1, Oleaut32.dll is not registered correctly.

Manual recording of Oleaut32.dll:

• Click Start, then Run.
• Type RegSvr32 Oleaut32.dll, and then click OK.

A message should appear to indicate that the file was saved.
