    EISA Configuration in my laptop

    I Have a Dell laptop , it has a EISA Configuration partition on my harddisk , it is taking up too much space, can you tell me what is these EISA Configuration partition is ? and what is it Use for ? please help me Thanks in advance

    In my opinion it is the recovery partition , You should know that are hidden partitions that contain an image of the original system that can be utilise to restore windows.incase of failure

    EISA Configuration partition is the hidden partition dedicated to the restoration system + drivers. This partition must not be deleted or modified before the backup, burn or move to another partition. To do this simply use a tool like Powerquest Drive Image 7 , it can backup operating systems in use, with simplicity and ease

    OEM Partitions (Original Equipment Manufacturer) known as outlined in the Disk Management as as EISA configuration partitions (Extended Industry Standard Architecture); This partition can not be modified and it is inadvisable to remove it, as it is necessary for start up and recovery of system
